First experience with RH Nissan service department today, 11/21/20 and it was really fantastic. Everyone was super friendly, my archive advisor Shelby was really nice and clear through each step or process, great quality (Peets) coffee for free in lobby, and efficient with my time. I was able to schedule my appointment online at 9p for a 9a slot the next morning. I watched Tracy work on my car and I am very impressed with how meticulous she is to detail. An A++ service all the way.
