Took 2014 Sentra in for emergency battery replacement when mine died. Van in the Service Department was extremely attentive, accommodating, and personable. I purchased two Sentras from the same dealership in OH before recently moving to SC. I always took those vehicles to the dealer for service because of the honest and fair work. I will be doing the same at Rock Hill Nissan based on this experience.
Rock Hill Nissan has been my go-to for service since I moved to the area in April of last year. The guys are super helpful and awesome and always so nice!

Good experience! Everyone very friendly, gracious and knowledgeable. Was very happy to see that they not only did my routine service but they also vacuumed the floor inside my car. A great extra. Even though it was a busy day the wait time was short & timely. Checking in was easy as was checking out! I highly recommend their service! Ramsey was great. I would give him as well as the entire experience a 10 out 10 stars!
