Good experience! Everyone very friendly, gracious and knowledgeable. Was very happy to see that they not only did my routine service but they also vacuumed the floor inside my car. A great extra. Even though it was a busy day the wait time was short & timely. Checking in was easy as was checking out! I highly recommend their service! Ramsey was great. I would give him as well as the entire experience a 10 out 10 stars!

A top notch dealer from sales to service. After walking out of my local Charleston, SC Nissan dealer I called a numerous dealers in a 4 hours radius. I am so happy that I called Rock Hill Nissan as they were more accommodating than the other dealers. Jacques, the Service Manager, and his team were exceptional.
