Service department was outstanding. Professional and courteous. They used current technology to keep me updated on status throughout the entire process. The Service liaison stayed in contact with me via text and phone so I always knew what was going on.
I had a great experience! I went to my appointment planning on a used vehicle, and left with a new 2021 Rogue! And a lower payment!! Linda is so knowledgeable and not the least intimidating. She somehow got me more than I asked for and everything I wanted. She is absolutely the best!
