Well the initial contact was very exceptional and courtesy and knowledgeable. It’s been about a week now and I haven’t heard anything back about me getting the loan but I’m confident they are working hard trying to get the information needed to help me with that. So I still think that what they offer to us is great.
I have no complaints. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. He got things done in a timely manner. He made sure I was left feel satisfied and with no questions unanswered.
