whenever I got stuck with like DocuSign or something it was always someone right there at the end of the line to help me out and on top of that you always assign one person to a case so it's not like somebody guessing what the other person was thinking like if I call and they'll say oh hold on let me get the person who is handling this particular endeavor and that one on one really made things a lot easier all the way through you're very fortunate with with how much my landing was going to cost it was always laid out in black and white and other than that you're pretty awesome company thank you for being there when I needed you
