Great Doctor, horrible office staff! Dr. Tong is great and professional. He explained procedures really well. On the other hand, his staff is awful! Unfortunately, this interaction is 2/3 of the experience. Doctors cannot divorce themselves from the actions of their staff.
Excellent service for your family The team is very professional, the customer service is excellent. Patient education is provided during cleaning. I am recommending this dentist office if you care about your smile.
Fast and painless (just numbed!) As usual, Dr. Tong's work is impeccable. He replaced a 25 yr. old filling without any pain. Highly recommended!
Trust is an important thing! Knowing you are going to put your health and welfare in your dentist can be worrisome, but not with Dr. Tong. As always, this visit and very visit that either I or my extended family makes to his office concludes with great satisfaction. I just could not trust anyone else more to not only take care of us, but his entire staff models his care and expertise.
Good service. Staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Tong did an excellent filling treatment on my teeth. I didn't feel any pain at all. I was very comfortable with him working on my teeth.
