Good service and very accommodating .
Pleasant place
Experienced, kind dental hygienist; provided a written estimate before an unexpectedly complicated procedure; she was polite and comforted me when I was saddened by my problems; dr tong, as usual, provided expert care; he is extremely skillful in delivering the numbing injections and can relax you by giving you breathing directions; relative to dr tong, my prior dentist was simply incompetent; so glad I found dr tongs practice
I was seen immediately and the staff is so friendly. Dr Tong was able to do my filling the same day it was found and I was given a cost estimate before-hand, so no surprise costs. I have been a patient there for years, even though the location is inconvenient for me. I've been to (and fired) two other dentists that are more convenient. The trip is worth it! I also always make sure to select a dental plan that allows me to go to Rockville Smiles. I love them THAT much!
