A true hidden treasure Rocky Creek Apartments will change your outlook on what apartment living has to offer. Many places claim amenities and fall very short, not Rocky Creek. Best management I’ve ever witnessed What makes this apartment truly exceptional is the MANAGEMENT! I’ve lived here for a year now and am extending my leave for another year. Top Notch Service! I am constantly blown away by the professionalism and friendly staff at Rocky Creek. I never have to stress that my concerns are being ignored as they are always happy and willing to make sure my family and I are content and comfortable. We appreciate them so much!

Meets Everything On My Checklist! I moved from Jacksonville to Tampa this year and wanted to find an apartment that met everything on my checklist; affordable, safe, proximity, updated, and great staff. I was quite pleased with my choice. Not only is the apartment quiet and safe, the staff responds immediately to concerns and the location is ideal to my work. I would recommend Rocky Creek to anyone looking for a great apartment in Tampa.

rocky creek The apartment is alright and service is good. however stop claiming being green. The street lights starts at 6pm till 9 am. Which is wasteful. The timings should be 9pm to 7am. The residents are not fined anything for not picking up after their pet or throwing cigarette buds everywhere.

Service The apartment complex is close to work, very nice and secluded. Gated community and very nice area close to the beach. The rental office employees are very helpful and that is what sold me on renting at this location.

Renters Beware Living in this community was incredibly unsafe and noisy. Residents experienced: attempted apartment and car break-ins by other residents, frequent domestic disputes where at least 3 apartments involved the police due to screaming and assaulted women, and physical and loud fights in the parking lot, all of which were disturbingly audible even inside our own homes. The sheriff was called multiple times for domestic violence disputes. Some violent individuals were even banned from the property. Despite these iss... read more
