I love that they are always open. Very welcoming and a beautiful facility. It's been hit or miss with some of the vets. I'll start with the most positive- for the second night in a week I came in as an emergency this time at 4am knowing our pup was ready to end his fight with cancer. The emergency doctor Dr. Bricker was so kind. He even found a "last meal" for our baby. I have a large pack of dogs, 5 all seen by Dr. Morris and I am ALWAYS calling for something. I cannot tell you aside from how amazing Dr. Morris is, even if the wait is long but also how amazing Kevin is. I am always happy to hear his name when he answers, he is 100% the best - beyond HELPFUL!

Our dog Toby has been going to Rocky Gorge since day one (for 13 years) and seeing Dr. Pasekoff. He has a special bond with Dr. Pasekoff, her children, and the Rocky Gorge Staff. They always treat all of us like family and are excited to see Toby. A couple weeks ago, Toby was attacked by a much bigger dog. I live about 30 minutes from Rocky Gorge but needed a hospital with reasonable prices. They were reasonable and the staff was awesome!!! I got calls twice a day with medical Updates while my Rocky Balboa (my cat) was with them. The distance was well worth the service. They were great.
I was hesitant to change my vet as I really loved my previous vet but after moving, the drive was not very convenient. After using RG's ER services and being very pleased, I started to utilize their vet services. I just picked up my dog, Tango after a scheduled surgery and am beyond pleased. Dr. Ray called me twice last night to provide details and next steps, was very thorough and patient with all of my questions.
