RecommendedThey are so compassionate and loving...It’s the hardest thing to do, saying goodbye to your beloved dog, and they supported my husband and I through every step of that process. I felt like my dog was their only patient. They answered every question and allowed us time to grieve. I will never forget how warm they made us feel and they created the most peaceful environment for our last moments with our sweet McKenzie. Thank you Rocky Gorge!! ❤️
RecommendedThis staff went above and beyond for my fur baby! I had to bring her in for an emergency visit that ended up being a three day stay. Besides the fact that every person I encountered these three days were overly nice, they were all very well informed, explained everything with much detail, and went lengths to make us feel comfortable. Not only was I happy with everything (facility, doctors, techs, phone calls, treatments, visits, etc) but I felt like they all treated my girl like she was one of theirs. Rushed my 2 yr old Maltese here at 10:30 pm on a Sunday. Took him back and saved his life, on the verge of shock. Jesse left wagging his tail two days later, obviously loving the care received from his new “friends “ Thank you to the staff of Rocky Gorge for giving the best care possible. If you have an emergency, this is the place to go
My old, grouchy chihuahua, Harvey, had his first visit at Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital yesterday for what I thought was a collapsed trachea “emergency.” He of course stopped his hour of coughing & honking the second we walked into the facility and no longer was in dire straits. Lol But our lovely visit prompted me to write this review. Despite no longer needing “emergency” care, Harvey was taken back for a triage exam. Oh my! They took great care or our dog in his final hour! They allowed us time to be with him to say our goodbyes! Excellent Staff. This will be my future home for all my pets!
Love my dog’s doctor’s office. They take such good care of my Jada. Dr. Applebaum is one of my favorites. She’s is very thorough and explains things in detail.
Rocky Gorge always makes us feel at ease when caring for our fur-babies. We have Frenchies and finding a good experienced vet is stressful. We have tried 4 other vets in the area and Rocky Gorge is the best. They just performed a c-section for us last night with 4 boys! Mama and pups are doing amazing! Thank you so much �
