The whole house buying bureaucracy and paperwork can be very confusing and overwhelming, especially for a first time buyer(me) with more than one loan to finance it all. With no in-person communication it was especially confusing at times, but Rodd and his team were extremely helpful and immediately answered any questions I had. I'd recommend him anytime.
