I bought a car over a year ago. Before I even got home the dash lights started to turn on. Finally a year later they get me in to so call fix it. I have taken it 5 times and before I get home the light pop back on. I have had full coverage on the car bcz they told me I had to but yet proceed to charge me $140 a month for insurance. I have sent over proof after proof and they WILL NOT CREDIT ME THE $700 and still continue to charge me. I have emails and txt me trying to get my car fixed and sending proof of insurance. I strongly regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Within 3 months, I had to switch vehicles because the first one had constant problems. The second vehicle was also unreliable and spent a full month in their shop, only to be returned with the same issues I brought it in for. I was also only 2 weeks behind on my payment when they chose to repossess the car, even though I had been communicating.
