Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. Based on my experience, they sell high-mileage cars that don’t last. I had problems within the first 3 months, switched vehicles, and the next one also needed repairs. They kept my car in their shop for a month and gave it back with the same issue. I was also only 2 weeks late on a payment, and they still chose to repossess the car. The financial advisor, Ms. Norma, was extremely rude every time I tried to communicate about my situation.

DONT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DO ALOT OF LYING. THEY TELL YOU OH YOU CAN TRADE IN YOUR CAR WHENEVER BUT NOT ONCE TELL YOU OHH IF YOU GO OVER Mileage you have to pay.. thenn they tell you oh if anything goes wrong with the car you can bring it back and all you have to pay is a 250 deductible. Not once tell you if you go over the milage before trade in or if you getting maintenance done on the car and went over the miles you'll have to pay whatever milage you went over you'll have pay plus whatever price to get you... read more

Worst dealership in Houston , I bought a 2018 dodge journey after a month car broke down, I paid rodeo auto service 1100 to fix car , when I got the car back it sounded like a lawn mower! They didn’t give me the option to pay the early termination fee, all they did was put on my credit as a repo 😡

This dealership has gave me problems with my car since the first time I drove out the lot with the car. We came here to purchase a car and requested a car fax on our car before purchase . Well they said it would take a long time to get one and so they made an excuse about that . We decided to still leave the lot with this car . My experience at Rodeo Auto started off positive, but after thoroughly reviewing my contract, I realized the pricing and terms were significantly misleading.
