Ok. So this is the 3rd card I’ve had with Rodeo (even before it was rodeo), I’ve always enjoyed the experience and loved how easy it was getting a car. But this time around they introduced me to leasing and the financing which I had no problems with…but the whole 3 years I’ve been paying an extra $140 a month for their insurance that I never needed. I bought a car over a year ago. Before I even got home the dash lights started to turn on. Finally a year later they get me in to so call fix it. I have taken it 5 times and before I get home the light pop back on. I have had full coverage on the car bcz they told me I had to but yet proceed to charge me $140 a month for insurance. I strongly regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Within 3 months, I had to switch vehicles because the first one had constant problems. The second vehicle was also unreliable and spent a full month in their shop, only to be returned with the same issues I brought it in for. I was also only 2 weeks behind on my payment when they chose to repossess the car, even though I had been communicating. Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. Based on my experience, they sell high-mileage cars that don’t last. I had problems within the first 3 months, switched vehicles, and the next one also needed repairs. They kept my car in their shop for a month and gave it back with the same issue. I was also only 2 weeks late on a payment, and they still chose to repossess the car. The financial advisor, Ms. Norma, was extremely rude every time I tried to communicate about my situation.

DONT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DO ALOT OF LYING. THEY TELL YOU OH YOU CAN TRADE IN YOUR CAR WHENEVER BUT NOT ONCE TELL YOU OHH IF YOU GO OVER Mileage you have to pay.. thenn they tell you oh if anything goes wrong with the car you can bring it back and all you have to pay is a 250 deductible. Not once tell you if you go over the milage before trade in or if you getting maintenance done on the car and went over the miles you'll have to pay whatever milage you went over you'll have pay plus whatever price to get you... read more

Worst dealership in Houston , I bought a 2018 dodge journey after a month car broke down, I paid rodeo auto service 1100 to fix car , when I got the car back it sounded like a lawn mower! They didn’t give me the option to pay the early termination fee, all they did was put on my credit as a repo 😡
