What amazing service. I walked in and was immediately greeted! The store works like a well oiled machine with everyone working to make sure you are pleased with you purchase. It's fast and painless! I came in to get a diamond cross for my little sister and the selection was wonderful. They looked at half a dozen with me until I found one I liked. They even offered a free jewelry cleaning while they were wrapping my necklace. Amazing!

I've had great luck at this location. Each time I've experienced great customer service and have found what I'm loking for. Ive never been pressured by a salesman to buy. I'll be back.

After a very unsatisfactory experience at Kay Jewelry, my husband & I went to Rogers & Hollands. I am very impressed by the friendliness of their staff. They are not pushy & take all the time you need to make a decision. I love their guarantee, especially the fact that I don't have to bring my jewelry in for inspection! We even had a problem when my rings came back from the jeweler, they quickly addressed the problem! I will continue to shop here & highly recommend this jeweler!

Let me start by saying that I did buy my ring there, when I took it back to have it soldered and purchase another ring Florie was so rude and pushy that I passed on the new ring and left my rings to be soldered. I asked for a size 7 although Florie insisted I needed a size 10. although she never even sized my finger. I've shopped Rogers and Hollands in the past and have had no issues. Today changed all that. I won't be back & I will be letting others know. I found a $299 bracelet I liked online. I wanted to see it before I bought it so went into the Bloomington store with the intention of purchasing it. I was approached by a lady who asked to help. I explained what I was looking for. Each time I go into the Bloomington store I cringe if I see their store manager, Lynn. She is so strange whenever she services me. Whether the service be for ring cleaning, buying a gift for someone, or buying for myself. She is condescending, rude, and says inappropriate things. She acts like she is being inconvenienced when you ask a question. She acts like an an immature, insecure women who is bitter and hateful.
