Florije Elezi and Brittany Haines are exceptional At their job. Their customer service is superior to all other salespeople. They were very helpful in guiding us to pick out up coming wedding rings. They were able to find up us find helpful discounts and savings so we could afford what we wanted. We will be back for all our jewelry needs.
working with Florie at Rogers & Hollands has been great. She has provided great customer service despite a delay in the ring coming in. They truly are there to help you every step of the way and not just make a sale. 10/10 reccomend!

I was interested in purchasing a new ring and wanted to check out their inventory. I was immediately drawn to a Morganaire ring with white sapphires. I didn't want to buy that day, so Mary Jo gave me all the information for when I returned. She was very polite. I sat on it for about a week. On the day I was to stop back in, I decided to stroll through their web page first. I was taken by an orange sapphire ring and wanted to see if they had it in store...They did. The rest is history! Love love love! My fiancé and I have worked with Tyler for every occasion we have bought something. My engagement ring has diamonds on the sides of the band and finding a wedding band to match was difficult. I went in a couple different times to try and find the one that matched perfect with my ring, but we had no luck at first. Tyler at Rogers & Hollands was very friendly and helpful when picking out our wedding bands. He was very knowledgeable and when we described what we wanted, he knew exactly what to show us. Rogers & Hollands has re-sized my engagement ring in a very timely manner as well.
This is hands down the best jewelry store in the area! My engagement ring and both of our wedding bands are from Rogers and Hollands. We were blown away by the amount of support the staff offered while we were shopping. We never felt any pressure and were able to really take our time choosing the best options for us. My boyfriend and I drove specifically to the Bloomington store to look at rings. We were not disappointed ! The store manager, Lynn, was exceptional. She was very helpful in picking out styles and diamonds without being pushy and staying on budget. Great experience !
