polite, friendly experience knew what they were talking about made it incredibly easy to choose the perfect ring I had a wonderful experience at the bloomington location! I ended up purchasing my wedding band there, but it ended up being a size too big. the return was painless, found the correct size, and an order was placed that day for a replacement ring!

Lynn Wills always goes out of her way to make sure we find the right piece of jewelry. We've purchased rings, earrings, and necklaces some expensive and some not soo much but we are always treated very well no matter how much we are spending.

Thank you to the ladies today at the Eastland Mall store for helping me by cutting off a very tight diamond ring. Sue took her time and did a good job. I will return for a repair and I think I deserve another ring "just because" its Christmas!

It was a great experience! Started with Sue who was fantastic and helpful in helping me envision the ring I wanted. Heather then assisted me in pricing and my ring design. Then when I came in to order my ring Lynn the store manager helped me out she was just wonderful and even got me a better price! Thank you so much to all 3 ladies who helped me find the perfect ring! I can’t wait to get my forever ring.
