Working with Raj and Martha at the Yorktown Mall Rogers & Holland has been such a wonderful experience! Raj at the Yorktown location is simply the best! We purchased our wedding bands here, and years later, Raj still remembers our family! We came back to resize a ring and it was if no time had passed. Raj was kind and helpful while understanding about working within a budget. The staff is always so helpful and we could not be more grateful for a positive experience every time. Thank you!
I dropped my engagement ring off to be resized on a Friday afternoon. They staff were helpful looking up the original purchase and the protection plan we have. They were very apologetic that the jeweler would not be back until the following week. Do they get people who think ring resizing takes 20 minutes? The 4 business day window they told me seemed plenty reasonable. I received a call on Tuesday that my ring was ready and I picked it up that evening. This review is specifically for Raj at the Yorktown store. Raj is amazing! My fiancé and I recently bought my engagement ring and wedding ring from Raj. Since I am picky, Raj helped me customize my ring which included lab created sapphires. They are beautiful!!! I get so many compliments on my ring because it is so different and without Raj's help I'm not sure it would be exactly what I wanted. I went in because the diamond fell off my engagement ring. My insurance provider recommended R&H. And even though I didn't buy the ring at R&H, Raj was super accommodating and helpful. He gave me advice on maintenance and even cleaned my band. My ring is back to its beautiful glory now and it was hassle free. Great customer service overall.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from here and had a wonderful experience. Raj and Sandy helped me every step of the way and were extremely flexible. I can't say enough about the customer service at this place and the selection. They were so kind, thoughtful and patient. Very honest and upfront as well, no scams here. We had just started looking for engagement rings and Rogers and Hollands was our 1st stop. We worked with Scarlet who was just wonderful! She was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for and answered our questions easily. We also worked Raj too throughout this process and he was equally friendly and knowledgeable. Scarlet and Heather helped me find earrings for my wife. They were very courteous and helpful. There was a large selection of all different types of jewelry, and all the staff that I interacted with were very nice and professional. tl;dr great selection and great staff.
