We had just started looking for engagement rings and Rogers and Hollands was our 1st stop. We worked with Scarlet who was just wonderful! She was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for and answered our questions easily. We also worked Raj too throughout this process and he was equally friendly and knowledgeable. Scarlet and Heather helped me find earrings for my wife. They were very courteous and helpful. There was a large selection of all different types of jewelry, and all the staff that I interacted with were very nice and professional. tl;dr great selection and great staff.

Barb was absolutely exceptional in calming me down after I explained to her how my beautiful engagement ring had been damaged and I lost the quad-diamonds....I was beyond tears and in panic mode when I walked in the store and fortunately Barb was working that day to assist me with this urgent dilemma in damaging my ring. After looking up our purchase information about my ring, she had good news that my husband had bought the lifetime warranty for the ring, so I was able to either get it repaired or replaced. The level of professionalism that Raj and Barb exhibited was excellent. From beginning to end they fostered an environment ideal for my fiancé and I! They truly made my experience great! Not only did I get an amazing ring I was able to get our wedding bands and never felt pressured! You guys made this fun experience even more enjoyable!
My wife &I went to get our wedding rings cleaned &redone and the assistant mgr Jennifer totally took care of us by providing the highest level of customer service, if it was not for Jennifer we would of left and taken our business elsewhere, please keep Jennifer at this location and never bring the former mgr john back because he destroyed that store and now because of JENNIFER my wife is totally happy and you know the saying happy wife happy life THANKS JENNIFER.
my engagement ring is beautiful. and the customer service is always amazing. however, we put something on layaway, and only put $40 down. But we found another wedding band elseware that was the same quality but cheaper, and i called to get my measly $40 back (hey its still cash money right?) negative. I dont get that back. would have been nice to know. :-/
Nice people. Seem to care more about the occasion than other places. Not shy about talking price, and more than willing to bend. Every ring comes with a Lifetime Free Replacement warranty. The ONE thing that sets them apart from other jewelers. btw, My Fiancee' Loves the ring. She takes it in whenever to get her free cleanings, and her six month checkups. Will be purchasing wedding bands from here as well!
Jewelry sub par Don't think I will ever shop there again. Took my bracelet to another jeweler who fixed clasp and there was a defect.
