Although the store was busy I did not have a long wait for assistance. The sales person was very courteous and when I told him my wedding rings were purchased there he offered to have them cleaned and checked to make sure none of the diamonds were lose. I came in the store after looking in other jewelry stores only to price a bracelet for my husband and left the store with a bracelet that was reasonably priced ($800+).
