Terrible experience here. Wait 3.5 months for a ring. Call and ask where it is. Say it will be here on a day. Show up and it’s still not there. Highly suggest spending your money elsewhere

Preface: The plating on my wedding set has rubbed of, it is not real (I am not fancy) so it turns out, I'm allergic to it. Since it sterling silver and CZ NOBODY will replate them. Fine whatever, I want a new forever set ANYWAY. Walk into Roger and Holland's just to look, I found a set I absolutely adore AND they can replace the headstone with a black diamond (deal breaker right there, it HAS to be a black diamond) SCORE. They like to pass out their Holiday Dough, but do not like to let you use it.

I purchased my husband's wedding band from Rogers and hollands jewelry.... I was informed that it would be intrested free for the 1st 12 months which was perfect for me becuase I wasn't planning on taking more than that to pay off his wedding band. I bought the band February 26th 2017.... Ive saved up & planned on making my last payment at the end of this month. They damaged my wedding band during a simple plating then botched the repair. Poor customer service. Would not buy from them again.
