I had a piece of jewelry that was damaged beyond repair and I had the insurance. You guys worked with me and I was able to get a different piece in exchange.

The fact that they offer your purchase price back on trade ins is great. Most of the people I dealt with were very nice and helpful. However they have a manager that is less than friendly, seems to not be very nice to her employees and failed twice to get my address correct so I didn’t see a bill for 3 months. I went in and paid because I pay my bills.

Buyer beware! We have bought all of our family's jewelry there in the past but that will change now. My daughter wanted a ring after her graduation. We went to the Rogers & Holland at the mall as we have for years. My daughter had already picked out a ring and at the time of sale all went well. They sold us a "lifetime warranty" that they talked us into. They sell it as any and all size changes and repairs are covered. Sounds pretty good doesn't it.
