It was my first time at Rogers & Hollands. We were helped by Susan Moore. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and even recommended a good place to eat since we aren't from the area.

The fact that they offer your purchase price back on trade ins is great. Most of the people I dealt with were very nice and helpful. However they have a manager that is less than friendly, seems to not be very nice to her employees and failed twice to get my address correct so I didn’t see a bill for 3 months. I went in and paid because I pay my bills.
