Elizabeth at the Tippecanoe mall in Lafayette In was fantastic and it was Black Friday!!! She re-energized my faith in large scale retail jewelry stores. I had Ben going to a very popular locally owned jewelry store and they just weren’t helpful and too expensive. I purchased (2) Necklaces for my Daughters for Christmas. My Daughters broke. I tried to Call and have it repaired under Warranty. The Lady on the phone was rude and stated she could only get an estimate for repair. There is no Warranty on it. I purchased it in November. It was not opened until December 25th. It broke February 7th and was never worn until this 1st time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
