After working in the jewelry business, I've never met a more knowledgeable and dedicated staff. I send all of my friends and family to see Amy or Andy! They are absolutely great with amazing care and attitude. I could spend hours in the store talking with them! From the extensive watch collection to the finest engagement rings, Rogers & Hollands has you covered! They are honest, caring, and professional! I wouldn't shop anywhere else in Lafayette!
Had an issue with a pair of earrings and Amy absolutely took care of the situation. I was really worried that I'd wasted $90 but she made it right. Highly recommend!!!!

I have nothing but high praise for this store, and especially for their associate, Amy. My boyfriend and I went there to look at engagement rings and wedding rings. Amy was very informed on what she was selling. We could tell she took pride in her job and loved what she was doing. We went through many rings for both of us and just when we thought we were decided, we'd see more that we liked. Their selection was extensive and covered anyone's price range. I bought my wedding wrap from them a year ago and had nothing but problems with it. The diamonds on the sides had come loose. I took it to an independent jeweler who said it would cost twice as much to rebuild it. I went back to R&H who said that they could send it back to the manufacturer for only as much as $50 for shipping. I said that was great! I recently received a new watch and it was too big. I called Rogers and spoke with Andy who was able to advise me that he could remove some links for me. I went the next day (today) and Andy was there as promised and I was able to get my watches sized and wear it out of the store for little money and time. I went on my lunch break. So grateful they were able to help me with such convenience!!! I will be back for a custom piece soon.

Absolutely love the store and all their employees! They always greet me with such excitement and even though I'm spending my hard earned money I walk out feeling reassured and satisfied with my jewelry. My girlfriend will only let me buy from them and I totally couldn't agree more!
Rogers & Hollands in the Tippecanoe Mall is truly the best, and the only store that my husband or I will purchase fine jewelry. I recently bought an Elvis 80 watch by Hamilton from Rogers & Hollands in the Tippecanoe Mall in Lafayette, IN. Chris the manager sold me the watch. My wife and I were on a Hawaiian cruise the first week of January, 2017. I had numerous compliments on my watch. A crew member of the ship even asked me if it was an Elvis 80 watch. My Fiancè bought my engagement ring from here, they had it special delivered from a different store. He had a great experience while working with one of the females there (of course he didn't remember her name) I did not have the greatest experience when taking my ring in to get sized. The store was very slow so I wanted to take a look at rings for him and weddings bands while I was in, but I felt like I was an inconvenience to the man helping me so I decided not to. But overall happy with our experience.
