My fiancé and I strolled through here after a terrible experience at Kay Jewelers. Amy was extremely helpful and friendly and knew just what we were looking for in engagement rings. She stayed within our budget and let us take our time. She even suggested a great dinner spot for us to celebrate at afterwards! We were very impressed with our experience here and will definitely return for any future purchases.
My husband and I had a great experience here. Amy, the assistant manager, spent a lot of time with us while we were trying to decide exactly what we wanted. She was very nice and knowledgeable about her products. We also met a salesperson named Madison. She also was nice and was we had great conversations with her and Amy. It was a great experience and we will definitely return in the future. We also recommend this jewelry store to everyone!
Rogers & Hollands at the Tippecanoe Mall has been the preferred jeweler for my whole for many years now. Chris & Susie have been working with my husband and I since we purchased my engagement ring and wedding bands. We had an issue with my husband's ring and they helped us get it taken care of with no fuss. They've done excellent repairs for me as well. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the jewelry and service I have received at this store - they go above and beyond compared to their competitors!
Worst shop to get your broken necklace fixed at. Make sure you measure your necklace after picking it up cause they just (stole) cut almost 2 inches from my necklace without even telling me anything.
