I've been meaning to leave this review for a while now. My first ever experience at Rogers & Hollands was fantastic! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was birthday shopping for my girlfriend and I wanted to buy her a nice pair of diamond earrings, I had already been to several places and everywhere else was either overpriced or the quality wasn't there. OMGoodness Max was awesome! My son and I came into the store just to window shop and get my ring cleaned. Max treated us like a million bucks. I stated that we were just looking and I didn't plan on purchasing anything. He stated, "no problem" with a pleasant smile. Max saw my son eye drooling watches and took the time to let him try on and fantasize about owning one. LOL! I know that it's not suppose to be a big deal but it is. SUCH great service. Had walked into "other" stores and was not even acknowledged at all. THIS store was SO helpful! Found exactly what I was looking for at a VERY reasonable price. HIGHLY recommend stopping here!
I recently went to Rogers & Hollands at the Meridian Mall and was very satisfied and happy with the service I received. I don't buy jewelry very often, but the person who helped me was more than helpful and happy to help me pick out the piece I was looking for and went out of her way to help me make the experience a lot easier. Both of the people I talked to were super friendly and helped me with everything. If I ever have to go to another jewelry store, I will start with them. Great selection, and awesome service!
