I took a ring to be sized and an earring to be turned into a pendant to this jewelry store, not really knowing what to expect. I received excellent service from a young woman named Chris. She reviewed all the options for me, and since the jeweler wasn't there at the moment, she called me later that evening to quote me the price. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction.
