I went here today looking for a watch for my dad. I was kindly greeted by a man named Keegan and he provided me with the best customer service I've ever received from anywhere. Keegan was extremely kind and VERY knowledgeable on the products. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me out immensely. I don't know Keegan personally but he defiantly deserves a raise! Thank you Keegan and Rogers & Holland!

This was my first time looking for engagement rings for my girlfriend and it was a great experience at Rogers & Hollands! I worked directly with the store manager, Courtney, who was amazing. Updating my issues with this jewelry store...They contacted me after the bad review and said they would like to make it right. After seeing my ring they agreed it was not good. First they just wanted to turn the wrap a bit, but I said that was no better. Since there was no way to fix the mess , and no way to restore it to what it was, only thing to do was start over with a new ring, which would be yet more out of pocket money for me. Have had wonderful experiences here. Staff is as knowledgeable and helpful as you could ask for. The last time I went in I was helped by Aleah Voisin. She helped me look up information I needed, made sure I had it for the future and chatted with me about games while she processed my orders. Have gone here in the past and will continue to in the future. Couldn't ask for a better jeweler.

Smiles. There are four jewelry stores in this corner of the mall and the first thing I noticed were the smiles that were radiating from Rogers & Hollands.
