I received a necklace/earrings set as a gift for my 80th birthday purchased at Rogers & Hollands Jewelers. I love the set but my "old" fingers cannot work the tiny clasp so I took it to Rogers & Hollands to see if a magnetic clasp could be inserted instead. The woman helping me was very thorough in her explanation of the time involved. She informed me they would call me prior to changing the clasp with the cost within a week. It was a very pleasant encounter.

After my new wedding ring was stolen, I went into the Bay Park Square Mall location. They not only located THE LAST RING IN THE COMPANY, but also secured it for me and had it shipped from several states away! My husband picked out the ring and I love it, so I was devastated when it was stolen. I didn’t even have it long enough to get it insured. The ladies in the store were amazing!!!!
