RecommendedI was having problems at a different location with my warranty. I stopped at Ashwaubenon location in the mall. Wednesday listened and was very helpful. She made my day. I will definitely come back to and recommend this location.

There are only one or two associates in this store who have any kind of customer service skills; expect to be treated like you don't know what you are doing or talking about. Expect to not be listened to and to fight to stay within your budget. Expect for any issue that arise not to be dealt with and to be given the run around consistently. Don’t waste your time or money here. The customer service is nonexistent and it never seems like anyone knows what’s going on. Extremely frustrating when your ring is in for the 5th time getting fixed. Extremely poor quality for the price you pay.
I'm very disappointed with Rogers & Hollands. My fiancé purchased my ring in February 2017 and was promised it on a certain date. Well it came much later than promised, a week later in fact and the store manager delivered it to our house because we go the run around from them . On July 21st we brought it in because I lost a diamond. It was promised back on the 29th and I STILL don't have it. They just say they are sorry but I don't think they truly are or care. We have had a number of experiences with Ginna and every time it seems that she does not know what she is talking about. My fiancé liked a ring with five small diamonds he is a size 15 she told us we would have to special order his ring for an extra $100 dollars. We had no problem with that. It's when she showed him a ring that was exactly like the one he saw but had five bigger diamonds he fell in love!
