Purchase the necklace they didn't have in stock took a couple days to order it before it came in but the necklace hung down to my belly button I only wanted a necklace about 28 inch. Just have to go back and exchange it for something a little bit smaller than 48 in Long. There are reputable jewelry store very polite very hospitable and they aim to please I would definitely recommend this place
I upgraded a wedding band and ring with Garrett at Rogers and Hollands. I originally completed an order and transaction with another sales rep that ended horrible- I will spare you the details, but wanted to shout out Garrett at the Madison, WI location. Garett went above and beyond to find a new diamond that fit our budget and get a new band given the other rep ordered the wrong size. I also appreciate that Garrett's leadership gave him support in making the situation right. Now I love my ring!

Recently got engaged to my now fiancé, bought a ring and a band for her and everything went well, she also purchased me a ring for the wedding. Salespeople there are good at their job and know what they're doing. The big problem I've run into is the service afterward. I have just had an amazing experience with Eric, Katie, Sandy and Hailey while looking for a memorial ring. To say they went above and beyond while showing compassion and patience is an understatement. This store has amazing customer service and the manager Veronica is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I came to Rogers & Hollands to get my engagement ring cleaned with fiance this past weekend. We weren't sure if they would do it since he bought my ring from the Rogers and Hollands store in Rockford, Illinois. Well, we were wrong! Sandy, our associate, was so nice and comforting. She gave us a run down of basic ring upkeep and even told us how to clean my ring myself. Sandy also made sure to give us a general timeline of picking out wedding bands, which we also plan on buying from them!
Ring didn't look like the one in the store. The natural stones are not polished. The yellowed diamonds had a few cuts on top and needed a jewelers magnifying glass to see them. Went with the suggestion of manager and is too small. Customer service is horrible

Terrible customer service. Took my ring in to get fixed since it bent, they took 3 months to get it back to me and then decided to weld part of the ring together without my consent. Completely changed the look of my ring without even giving me a phone call to ask first. Then when I brought it up, all they decided to say was "I'm sorry you can bring it back after your wedding and we can fix it again". Very disappointed with the workers here. Now I get to get married with a different ring than I expected thanks to them!!
For my 10 year wedding anniversary my husband wanted me to get the other side of my wedding band. We went to Rogers and Holland where we ordered our wedding bands from 10 years ago to get the same exact band put on the other side of my ring. We paid for it ordered it.
