My fiancé and I stopped into Rogers and Hollands last night looking for a wedding band. We're getting married on Saturday and it all came together in about a week, so we were on a very tight timeline. We were at the store for maybe 15 minutes and we left with exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Thank you Steve for being helpful, patient, and welcoming!

My mom wanted to design an attractive version of a medical alert bracelet. They went above and beyond helping her achieve the look she wanted. Since then, I have designed an engagement ring with them, and bought other jewelry here. I love this Rogers & Hollands and I think they carry some more unique and stylish pieces than other stores.

Came in on Saturday Feb 6 to look at Amethyst Earrings. Jeff Harriss was very helpful and took time to meet with us regarding wedding band options as well and listened carefully to my wants. We were at the early stages of looking for bands and did not feel any pressure to make an immediate selection. My fiance did buy the earrings though behind my back later that day which made a nice surprise at dinner.

didn't even deserve one star I bought an engagement ring a week later we broke up by take it back off everything that I owe in none after 3to4 months I find out they have me on neck collection agency for $400. They make me pay over 1500 dollars it is only $3000 for the ring and all this and all this within a week and they have collection for 400 Dollars Pl. in the whole world life racking place

Would not recommend going here. I walked in looking for an engagement ring. While standing there waiting, 2 employees stood by the register talking, not bothering to assist me find while I was looking for. Another gentlemen came out and asked "what's going on with this guy? Is he being helped?" They responded with I just walked in, despite me standing there for a couple minutes. The guy that helped me seemed rather condescending and like me being there was a bother. Customer service has really gone down over the years! They do not know how to treat customers! I had my ring "inspected" because my prong kept catching things. They said it was fine, and then my diamond fell out a week later. When I called the store and spoke with a manager named Candy to let her know what had happened and also that I was never given a print out of my inspection, she stated that it is the customers responsibility to ask for a print out. I wish I could give less than 1 star. My husband and I went there for my engagement ring in the December of 2015. I took the ring in for 3 repairs (loose stones/prongs, lost stones because of broken prongs. They gave me a new ring. In less than 1 year, the band broke. After a month, I picked up the ring, same day, realized the center stone was loose. The poorest quality I have ever seen in jewelry. Watch was given to me by my company quit working after 3 years properly took back to store after spending my own money fixing they sent to company who would not fix. They do not stand by the products they sell very disappointed in their stance on their product.
