Jeff Harris was so helpful to me when I recently came in with a question on my wedding ring. Love the staff always so friendly ! So happy we chose to go through them !

Do not leave your wedding rings with them!!! Tried to have mine cleaned and a new custom piece added. Twelve weeks later and several thousands of dollars later they can’t find my ring, I have NO custom piece and have been giving me the run around. They keep telling me “someone will call you in 24-48 hours” but no one ever does. It’s been nothing but issues. I will never buy from them again.

they sell cheap junk and DON'T stand behind their merch....my 900$ gold and diamond ring literally fell apart after 120 days and they want 700$ to fix it!!! SMH
