We bought our wedding bands from Rogers and Holland Franklin Park Mall. The bands are very nice and service was good when they were selling us the bands but after that the service went completely downhill. We had to go back 3 times for sizing. The in house jeweler was not their when we first wanted it sized. They did not write down the sizing correctly the first time and sized it wrong. I understand that they're sales people, and they have to be pushy to make money, but they're WAY too pushy and pressured my fiance and I way too much. I came into the store with my fiance to get my ring cleaned. We're not planning our wedding just yet, we're taking our time. They kept telling us "give us your social security number and credit card! We got 3 rings sized by this company and they spread them out instead of cutting and adding gold. I didn't say anything to my wife and the first thing she said was "why are they so thin?" We will be contacting the BBB and anyone else we can to spread the word. They kept the gold soldier from my wife's engagement/wedding rings and thinned them out. This is illegal!
I had a diamond necklace fixed because a couple of the small diamonds fell off so I got it tighten and some replaced. I paid ahead I picked it up and then decided to wear it needless to say a day or two later one of the diamonds fell off and off to a different jewler. I do not have money to throw away like that.
