We received some help here from Elaine and it was amazing!! Definitely recommend this business and working with Elaine is awesome. She gave us a clear view of exactly what we wanted to see. It was so easy to decide and make the purchase for what ring was good for us. So I got engaged a few weeks ago and feel the need to leave this review because of the great customer service and help I received getting my fiancé's ring custom made! First went here to browse engagement rings for my Fiance two years ago, they were so helpful and friendly that I now buy all of my jewelry from them. They make you feel like family and remember my family, friends and myself all by name. Since I bought my fiance's ring there, a few small diamonds have fallen off and gone missing and they took care of it at no charge at all to me. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Interest on the cards sucks though... Just throwing that out there. lol
My fiance and I had gone looking for bands for our wedding to at least 4 other stores at this point. We hit the gold mine when we came here! Our consultant Tiffany was excellent! She listened to our prefrences. My fiance was easy but I had an odd shaped engagement ring that had made looking for bands tricky.
