This particular location has changed so much! I miss Elaine taking care of me! Salesperson very pushy and when I went to get a refund two of the saleswomen were literally whispering about me! As if I couldn't tell! I'm going to tell my husband to never ever buy me anything from this jewelry store!

My husband ordered a band and they stayed 4-6 weeks. Perfect! We had an appointment that the band was needed for in 8 1/2 weeks so that was plenty of time. At 6 weeks we were told it's actually 6-8 weeks. Ok pushing it but that still works. They stated it was with their quality department at their headquarters. At 8 weeks we were told 1 more week. (UPDATE from my last review to the Harlem & Irving location since I visited Fox Valley next). Hate to leave any negative comments but I feel like I should express my frustration. From the excitement of getting a bigger diamond for my engagement ring, I didn't notice that the prongs on my ring were now uneven until I took my ring home to examine it. Literally the rudest bunch of women you will ever meet. I have yet to have a positive experience at this location, whether it be in person or over the phone. My advice - take your jewelry investments and make your purchases at one of the hundred other jewelers in the area.

Really disappointed. Brought in diamond earrings and a pendant that was purchased at Roger's & Holland's hoping to reset in a ring. Didn't have a clue how to go about this. Customer rep showed me a book of mountings, I stated I was considering using a local jeweler who could show me a 3D view on a computer with my diamond sizes set in different mounts. Bad bad bad. I came to pick up a piece of jewelry that was already 3 days late and all I got was a blank stare. The employees were not helpful and left a passive aggressive message on my phone that was definitely unappreciated. Will NOT be shopping here again.

Horrible horrible horrible Bought earrings for kiddo at wood field location with ilsa a week ago and told me if earrings are too big bring it back we will cut them down for no charge . so I called fox valley location and Tammy answered and said the jeweler said he could do it in an hour and as I was having dinner close by and asked if they could and would do it via telephone and they said yes. So I plan dinner and all accordingly to drop off and i was told by rep that jeweler says $54 and I m like wtf !! I paid $400 earring... read more

I had given my Rado watch for battery replacement on Oct 12th . I was told it would take 4 weeks. They called me on 23rd to confirm the charges and I said ok and they said they would call me when it is ready. Since I didnt hear from them I callled back on 26 th Nov, I was told they were not sure of the status and someone would call on Friday. The quality of the jewelery here is top notch - we have gotten all of our jewelery here for the past 6 years - wedding rings, necklaces, watches, and more. The only NEGATIVE thing is that there is so much turnover that we have rarely ever seen the same sales person twice - and this means that nobody ever recognizes us when we come in, and many times have been treated poorly by the staff.
