I tried going to all the "commercial" places and they just didn't have the same quality as rogers & hollands. They had a better selection and better quality than the other stores. I've been there 3 years in a row to upgrade my wife's anniversary ring and Jim (the manager) helped me find the best rings at the best prices. My wife can't be any happier with her new ring. Jim is my new jeweler.

I for starters am 16 years old and I do not get treated like a valued customer at most places but Jim and Shela at the fairview heights mall made me feel welcomed and appreciated for coming to give my business. They helped me find a chain I will have for the rest of my life thanks to them. I will definitely be returning.

My fiance and I love this store. We came in a few months ago to look around, and I bought my fiance the perfect ring. The staff members I've had the pleasure of working with are amazing. Heather and Amy are both always super nice and very helpful. While they worked with me for some ideas on future purchases, they helped out without making it feel like they only wanted a sale. While the prices are fair and the selection is great, the friendly staff like Heather and Amy help make every trip over there fun.

Heather at the Fairview Heights, IL store was very helpful in ordering a special family tree necklace for my grandmother's 90th birthday. Her and her manager went out of their way to get us exactly what we were wanting and at a reasonable price. Just waiting for the necklace to come in! Can't wait to see it and give it to my grandmother at her special surprise birthday celebration!!

I walked in looking for a simple engagement ring and received phenomenal service! I primarily worked with Dawn and she was incredibly helpful and patient as I looked for the right ring. Occasionally I received help from Scott and Jen and everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. I never felt pressured to get something more expensive or anything out of my price range. I genuinely felt that Dawn wanted me to find the ring I would be happiest with! I will absolutely go back!

This place is amazing! Better than any jewelry store I've dealt with in the area. So perfect with helping me find the perfect engagement ring. After purchase we had a problem with the ring but got the warranty, thankfully, and Jennifer at this location went above and beyond to help us out and make everything perfect for my fiancé! I won't be going anywhere else for my jewelry needs in the future.

Yesterday I purchased my 3rd piece of jewelry from Rogers & Hollands and once again walked away a very satisfied customer. My most recent experience was with Adrianne who was phenomenal at helping me find the perfect piece of jewelry to signify a very special goal I recently achieved.
