I'll keep it short and sweet. I've been a Rogers and Hollands customer for 10 years now, and will continue to be because of the service Jen and Sara give. I trust them with all of my purchases, and my fiancé/soon to be bride has been on cloud nine. Jen and Sara are the best in the business and I'll keep going to see them for years to come! My money and business will go to no one else!

My fiancé has been a long-time client of Rogers & Hollands, and I can see why. Jennifer and Sara, Rogers & Hollands employees are the best there is. You couldn't ask for more friendly, knowledgeable employees who go above and beyond for customers. I have only known them for just under a year, but I will be a customer for life. The best jeweler in the area! The staff here are always friendly, never pushy or rude. I've been doing business there for a few years now, and they really have grown to understand my girlfriend's style. They even call me if they get something in that they know she'll like. I deal a lot with Sara and she always treats us right. I am a young adult, and I appreciate that they don't talk down to me and that they treat me fairly and honestly. Personable, friendly and honest staff; they really are the best!

My girlfriend and I went into Rogers&hollands to 'look' one day and we're assisted by Jennifer. She showed us a bunch of rings and although I didn't end up purchasing anything that day jen took my name and number and promised to let me know of any upcoming sales. Several months later I sent her a pic of a ring that my girlfriend had fallen in love with. I have been coming here for jewelry since my very first (real) boyfriend back in 2006. I was usually just getting an inexpensive ring or pair of earrings as a token of their affection, but I loved everything I received, so when my husband asked me to marry him in 2010, I knew my wedding ring had to be from Rogers & Hollands. My fiancée and I received excellent service at the Fairview Heights location. I am extremely happy with my ring. The website does not due justice as the jewelry looks much better in person. We will visit this location for future purchases.

My grandma bought her ring here, which was not cheap. For her 1-year anniversary they sent her a coupon for "$50 off a $100 purchase" , she thought it was just a $50 gift certificate, since they put "off a $100 purchase only" in fine print. We went in to get her ring cleaned, and looked at the bracelets since she thought what they had sent her was $50 to spend in the store.
