So, there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my personal interactions with ANY ASSOCIATE that helped. I have made many purchases completed a few layaways with this jewelry company. But to come back thinking my experience would match what happened a year or two ago was kind of disappointing. I was looking forward to coming to make more purchases. I spent over $2500 in Jan/Feb 2023 for a wedding set. I signed up for their financing. After my purchase I received a $100 voucher off of my next purchase. In the very small print it stated that it expired in 6 months from the issue date, which I did not see. After 7 months I went in to see if they could repair a clasp in which i previously purchased from them. The charge would be $50. I looked for a new chain then. It was $140 retail. I went to the Southlake Mall Rogers & Hollands to rebuy my husband wedding ring after he lost his previous one for his birthday. Diane was EXCELLENT in helping me. We pick all black (even though I wanted a different one, LOL). I informed Diane that I wasn’t sure of his size but she assured me with the warranty I can bring the ring back and get the size I needed when I surprised him.
