My wife and I took her Opal wedding ring to the store in Westfield (Southlake) mall to be cleaned at 4pm 10/30/2022. About 5-10 minutes later the associate brought it out looking horrible. I was surprised by how quickly she cleaned it and asked if she used the sonic cleaner which she confirmed. After the cleaning Its now white in the center and translucent around the outside edges. If I could give a zero star I absolutely would! My bf and I stopped in today to LOOK we expressed that several times. He wanted to look at watches so I went to the rings I told the tall blonde lady I was JUST looking if I wanted to see anything I’d let her know. She completely ignored me saying “ that’s ok look at this BOOM” and took out the biggest ring she could find. The ring wasn’t even my style. Absolute WORST customer service I have ever recieved. Horrible associates that could care less about anyone that walks through their doors. Would never recommend your business to anyone.
