My husband and I were in town for the holiday and had one last night before we headed home. I wanted to get some Authentic Italian so I found Roman Wolves and it had great reviews. We were greeted by the hostess and promptly seated for our 7:00 reservation. Our waiter came quickly and took our drink order, we also ordered the oysters. Me and my two friends had dinner here last night. We made a reservation and got sat right away by Isabella, who was fabulous! We got greeted promptly by our server Salvatore. We were shortly met with a complimentary bowl of their specialty potato chips. Salvatore was energetic and very attentive! OMG what Ana amazing experience! My family of four and I went to Roman Wolves to celebrate Thanksgiving Dinner while we were in town from out of state. The food was absolutely amazing. My daughter and I had the salmon while my wife and son had the filet. My son loved his steak and said it was the best he’s ever had; he’s had many steaks from the top steakhouses in Denver. The cheese wheel pasta was also amazing. We will be back.

Went there on Saturday at 5:30 with reservation for a group of 5, no idea why they sat us at a table in the bar area with minimum space, I had to move my chair every time someone has to walk by, and it's quite loud even though people weren't talking that loudly. Apps was okay (calamari, caesar salad, tomato carpaccio), so were the raviolis (artichoke, crab). Carbonara was bland. We had a great time! The food was delicious, everyone both loved the cheese wheel experience but also the pasta dish best. Everything else we had was very tasty and the staff was very accommodating. Will definitely be back!
Top tier customer service, delicious food, and great place to celebrate a special occasion! Restaurant was quite loud but it was also peak dinner time on a Friday night. Overall great experience!
