There are so many better restaurants in Little Italy. Poor ambience and food was mediocre.

Food: meh… The promise of Roman cuisine, given its name, attracted us to this restaurant, however staples of Roman cuisine like carbonara and amatriciana were mediocre… the amatriciana had very little guanciale and no pecorino Romano… the carbonara was greasy and lacked flavor, the pasta was overcooked. We were disappointed, unfortunately. Maybe training their cooks better may resolve these issues. In the meantime, this is Little Italy, there are many good Italian restaurants to enjoy.

I know it was a Monday night, but ambience was so dead and service was horrible. Had I not reminded our server, she would have totally forgotten we were there for our daughter’s birthday. Food was good, but there was ZERO special about it except that they mix your already made pasta in a cheese bowl for $55. Definitely will not go back.

Food was generally good. Recommend the meatballs and Alfredo pasta. Skip the ‘special’ pasta in the cheese wheel - overpriced and disappointing. Service was sporadic - when available servers were attentive. Bartender was great.

Had a 6:30 reservation, they politely asked us to leave at 8:15 so they could turn the table. Food was way below average for Italian food which is usually safe. All 4 of us agreed that our food was sub-par. Service was attentive but rushed. Decor is pretty but "faux" like a Cheesecake Factory. Lots of superior options all over Little Italy.

One must shout to the person sitting across from them if they want to be heard over their loud music. My friend’s leftover fish carcass was dropped on his head when plates were cleared. And although they made sure to put their mandatory tip and fees on there, splitting the check among the diners was “against policy” REALLY? Some of us would have been fine footing the bill, but not everyone is dining with family, nor can everyone afford the whole bill. We were forced to divide it amongst ourselves. It was awkward and unprofes... read more

Gian Luca was a great server! He made us feel accommodated and welcomed. I felt the food was mediocre, it was lacking flavor and most especially for the serving size for the price. The cheese wheel special pasta didn’t really taste that special either. Probably would not come back here for dinner.

This was my 2nd time at Roman Wolves and sadly, this time, the food was disappointing and underwhelming. Not sure what happened yesterday, but the food was subpar (at best).
