Growing up in South Florida, Kristian witnessed many homes with beautiful pools in their backyard go to waste because they weren’t being taken care of properly.

My pool has had leaks from the beginning. I just called them for the 4th time. They are awful. This whole project was a mess from the beginning. Christian the owner, has not fixed the problem. I am now seeing on this site that a Michael is having the same problem. Stay far away from this company.

Filed a complaint with BBB. Gaballa law suit vs Pool Romance case no: 50-2022-sc-018857-xxxx-NB Department of Business Professional Regulation # 2023005848. Romances Pool Got fully paid. Few moth later the pool had multiple leaks. Romance pool Refused to honor the contract warranty to repair the leaks. I found Romance Pool dishonest, unprofessional, non responsive and impolite. I was left with my pool leaking. My son found the leak and when I asked to purchase some materials from him to fill it, he said he would do it for me he did not and I never heard from him again!
job did not come out as well as i would have hoped....workers were nice and helpful but owner Kristian did not even come by after job was finished to see it complete and bottom of pool has shades of white and blue which i do not like
