job did not come out as well as i would have hoped....workers were nice and helpful but owner Kristian did not even come by after job was finished to see it complete and bottom of pool has shades of white and blue which i do not like

Hello, Richard and thank you for the review. I did actually come to the job right after the resurfacing was finished and met with your wife. She explained that the pool looked great and she was very happy. Since we used a darker blue plaster on your pool, it is common if inconsistency or variation is present in the plaster. I have not heard anything from you guys, except for this review. I will be happy to come out and take a look at the pool and will immediately resolve if there are any issues. I feel that the management should visit the job occasionally during the process, which was done by sub-contractors, to ensure the work was being done properly and to show an interest and respect to the customer. These things were lacking during our pool refinishing job. I will say that we were pleased with the finished product.
