Roofsmart Did an amazing job on our family cabin. They tore off the old shingle roof , installed new sheeting and new metal roof and gutters. Great price and easy folks to work with. Nestor and Pedro and crew worked extremely hard and efficiently to get it done before the rains started. I been in construction for 40 years and was real impressed by the care they gave to the project. Thank you it looks awesome.
Roofsmart redid the flat roof on my duplex. They did an amazing job. The Forman, Omar, was extremely helpful in explaining the process and reasons behind doing some rework to the existing design. This was all done during the winter months and the team that was doing the work did an amazing job of ensuring everything stayed dry even when we had some pretty wet weather between the time the old roof came off and the new went on. My roof was damaged by a fallen branch during a wind storm. It did structural damage and we ended up needing to have the entire roof replaced. Jim with Roof Smart made it a seamless, stress-free experience. He communicated with insurance on our behalf and was always prompt with addressing our questions or concerns. RoofSmart replaced our roof in August. They did an outstanding job. For the estimate, Roof Smart used drones to take photos of the roof and inspected in the attic to show exactly the work they would do.
