RoofSmart did a great job for us on our house and ADU building. Prior to contracting with them for a new roof and gutter guards, I discovered exterior arched trusses that were failing due to age/water damage. RoofSmart came up with an approach to replace the two trusses. They templated the exact dimensions of the existing trusses, and worked with us to re-roof what they could and stage the remaining portion to coincide with the truss replacement. Roofsmart Did an amazing job on our family cabin. They tore off the old shingle roof , installed new sheeting and new metal roof and gutters. Great price and easy folks to work with. Nestor and Pedro and crew worked extremely hard and efficiently to get it done before the rains started. I been in construction for 40 years and was real impressed by the care they gave to the project. Thank you it looks awesome.

Every step of the process was fantastic. The estimate was the most detailed of all and was the deciding factor in awarding the bid. The pricing is competitive and in this case, was not the cheapest, but every detail was addressed, building confidence that the price quoted would be the real cost. My roof was damaged by a fallen branch during a wind storm. It did structural damage and we ended up needing to have the entire roof replaced. Jim with Roof Smart made it a seamless, stress-free experience. He communicated with insurance on our behalf and was always prompt with addressing our questions or concerns. Their team did a beautiful job from start to finish and we love our new roof. Highly recommend Roof Smart!
