Dr. Root and Staff listen and respond to patient needs. I call with a problem and they work me in within 24 hrs. When a scheduled appointment is upcoming and a cancellation occurs earlier, I receive a call. My well- being is their priority in word and practice. I greatly appreciate their efforts and the way they do their work.
I have been going to Root Dental for many years because I worked just a couple of miles down the road. In 2014 I left my job for another and I still see Dr. Root and his team even tho it's a 40 mile drive. Nancy is the Best!
Dr. Root and Staff are the best dental office. Dr. Root assistant Tina is wonderful. I can't say enough about Dr. Root and Staff. You will never find a better dental office to go to. Dr. Root explains everything and a perfectionist which I am thankful for. He will not let you leave without a smile on your face. So set up an appt. You won't regret it !
