After a short wait you are greeted by dental staff member who again greets you with smiles and pleasantries . When you get to be with Dr. Root you realize that you are with a true professional who treats you as a person that he really cares about. Very professional.
The minute I entered Dr. Root's office, I knew I would be pleased with my care and my treatment. The staff were all on task but also engaged in happy talk. And from back of the building I heard someone whistling. All were positive indicators for me. Dr. Root is the first dentist who has ever gone over my medical history and medications with me. I came away feeling I had found the right place for me.
Dr. Root and Staff listen and respond to patient needs. I call with a problem and they work me in within 24 hrs. When a scheduled appointment is upcoming and a cancellation occurs earlier, I receive a call. My well- being is their priority in word and practice. I greatly appreciate their efforts and the way they do their work.
I have been going to Root Dental for many years because I worked just a couple of miles down the road. In 2014 I left my job for another and I still see Dr. Root and his team even tho it's a 40 mile drive. Nancy is the Best!
