I just bought a place here at Palm Dale Estates in Indio Ca Been here 3 months , so far im happy i moved here, people are quite nice and helpfull. The park just got a knew manager, her name is Mrs Priscilla Reyes. This lady is young and i have to say im impressed with how she gets things done . Tolerant and respectfull but also firm. The Park is in great shape and i can see how its only going to get better with a fresh perspective with this manager. We had a site reserved in Moss Landing for our RV for the ‘23 winter season. When we arrived the grass lot was soft dirt, soon to be mud at first rain. Apparently a backhoe was brought in the week before to search for a sewer line. The site was a mess. It was too soft to park our 9-ton fifth-wheel on. We offered to stay at another campground for two weeks to give them time to level the site, stabilize the ground and cover with grass of gravel. UPDATE to my message below: Just like every other comment you give to these complaints is the same story over and over and over. Don't lie and tell people to call the # you give them 480-339-0000 when NO ONE EVER ANSWERS it only leads to a voice mail. If you write a letter to corporate there is never a response, if you try to call and email our regional manager Dalton Lee, again there is no answer to the emails and the #'s on his business card are crap, 480-339-0000 is on his card and you get no where there!! ever since we moved into Lakewood village in Vero every week we are having our water shut off and we are given the excuse that somebody hit a water line or they did something wrong when putting a new mobile home in. when is enough enough? when you're in the shower and the water just abruptly goes off it is not okay. I have lived here for 3 months and my water has been shut off six times. something has got to be done about this issue
