Recommendedbetter management in oak springs sorrento fl. paid rent in full for the year still after 10 months into the year now being told I owe money ..no way I'm contacting my lawyer💯✔ water back up generator is broken people gone without water access at timws bleach added to water unhealthy to drink, ruining peoples clothing when washing it..ammenities that are included in lot rents are not accessible more then they are ..its sad ..
I would not recommend Audubon Estates to anyone. Drugs, crime, homeless people and stray dogs. Not to mention the office staff is so unprofessional.

RecommendedI would not recommend Treehouse communities. The management is unprofessional and they do not provide your title for your home when you pay cash. Audubon Estates is full of drugs, crime and stray dogs.
Been in the Oak Springs community for 6 months and 1. They’ve never given me the entrance interview nor do they answer the phone and 2. They raised the lot rent $40 and we have had 4 yes FOUR different times with boil water notices. There are still DSL lines in the park and we have to use satellite internet and have no cell signal. Management is terrible and all they care about is their profit. The ‘amenities’ that are included in our rent aren’t available most of the time. Like most businesses who purchase trailer parks they do it for the money. buy it and keep it for maybe 2 years or more maybe less then sell it off. they make sure to do a few things like put new trailers in, remodel the playground barely, or pave the roads but will ignore the most important things that need upgraded. people in a community shouldn't have to boil their water once a week, go without modern internet(the internet in oak springs alone is basically the same as early 2000s maybe a few years after dial up stopped bei... read more

very disappointed with the lack of professionalism on managers part. would you threaten your grandma who always pays rent on time with legal action. agave village has a bully in the office. I will contact AARP LEGAL and APS for the abuse and discrimination against our elderly. We have to haul our own trash. I have fallen down doing this. they can't keep managers and decreased amenities yet doubled fees. I'm struggling with the harsh communication from managers.

I stayed at this place for 3 months and I had to leave for a few weeks because my uncle became I'll, so I left for 3 weeks and asked them at the office if I could leave my car there on my paid lot, they told me yes I could put my car on my paid lot while I was gone and they had my car towed while I was gone seeing my uncle. it cost me $579.00 to get my car out of impound, my lot was paid until March 27th 2022, I had to leave a little earlier than March 27th 2022, and on April 18th 2022 they charged my card another $473.00 be... read more
