Love the food but hated the customer service tonight. The girl working the cash register and phone literally stayed on the phone with a customer (I assume) for 15 minutes and would not place them on hold to give customers the food that they had already paid for and that was getting cold sitting on the counter. One customer attempted to get her attention and was given an “are you crazy?” look and then the girl went right back to her phone conversation. 45 minute wait time. Food way over priced. I got a cheese calzone and thats exactly what was given to me. A doughy substance filles with greasy cheese. Not even any sauce. They give it to you cold on the side. Never going back. Not recommending to friends.
