We love their food but had such a horrible customer service experience we will never go back....
I can't make this up! I ordered a veal parm dinner online and asked for plain bread and butter instead of garlic bread. Easy, right? NOPE!! They delivered bread w/ Mozzarella cheese. I peeled the cheese off, used my own butter, and ate the bread. Then, 1 month later I ordered the same thing! I even called and spoke with "Kathy" at the McKinney, Texas Rosatis and simply asked, "Can you make sure the bread has only melted butter. Last time I ordered they put cheese on it.
