So excited to finally get my hands on a deep dish since they're very hard to find out West. If a restaurant is attempting to make a great deep dish pizza it has to go heavy on the toppings to counter the extra dough. The pizza was heavy like a deep dish. It looked like a deep dish but was too light on the toppings. As other reviewers have said, pay for the extra toppings or skip this place. This is excellent pizza this far from Chicago. It is not a dine in though. We had a medium with most of the meats We are not real big eaters but it fed four of us and we took a piece home!
Made to take out order four piece deep dish pizza. It was wonderful. I had the pineapple and ham and the sausage and pepper pizza. I was very satisfied was nice and hot. The driver was kind and I enjoyed it. I'd recommend it to everybody. I'm fussy when it comes to pizza , they filled the bill. It was great.!
Rosati's on Golden Triangle is a haven for pizza lovers! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the heavenly aroma of fresh pizza and warm, welcoming smiles. Regional pizza tends to not be done well outside the region that produced it. Good Chicago style deep dish is no exception to this rule. But Rosati's, being from Chicago with a dozen or so locations in the Chicago metro area, brings a strong Chicago pie to Keller. We ordered a 14" Meat Classic. The only reason I want to take away a star is because Rosati's put locations way too far away from me, but that's probably for the best. This pizza tastes like home and that's probably because there actually are Rosati's locations in the Chicago area so this isn't a place pretending to be a Chicago pizzeria. And I have been to other Chicago pizza chains in the area but this is the only one that really represents Chicago pizza IMO. Still need to try the deep dish but the thin crust cheese was really good. Service was great as well. Was take out and was fast.
I kept driving by this place and hadn't really gave it much thought until the other night. Coming from Philly, this spot really has something to show for itself. It's hard to get a real good pie from the east coast side, and getting something from Chicago side is even harder. This is actually our second time here. Somehow I forgot to add my review last time but we came back, so that tells you something. This is a to go only place. You also have to plan for just a little big longer cook time. We ordered the thin crust which is about 30 mins but the deep dish can be up to an hour. Well worth it!
