Dr Kaplan was very proffesinal, and compassionent. All the adminastrative team is not only friendly but helpful. Kaplan dental is at the top of my list, and is # 1!
After coming highly recommended by a coworker, I recently decided to come to Dr Kaplan for repair of a broken tooth. It was easily the most comfortable experience I’ve had regarding dental work, after a typical history of dreading trips to the dentist. Dr Kaplan and his staff are top-notch, professional and courteous. They really go the extra mile to make the experience as comfortable and worry-free as possible.
I actually enjoy going to the dentist at Dr. Kaplan’s office. I have been going there for years and would never switch. The staff are so nice and friendly and whatever the work is I need done from cleaning to fillings to crowns or broken teeth it is always done well and pain free! I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan’s office!
The staff was very nice and they were friendly. They were gentle and caring as well. They did a great job.
One might notice that the positive reviews are mostly about the hygienist, Shaneque who was gentle, thorough and very considerate. Dr. Kaplan, on the other hand, is the worst dentist. Husband went to him with a loose tooth at the end of December 2021 and he managed to wipe out my insurance for that year and in January, all of 2022 by billing procedures that he never had done. Terrible dentist. They will send you a coupon in the mail to for a $50 cleaning then they will over charge you and “find” cavities that do not exist. If I could I would give this place zero stars.
Scam!!! Do not go to this place if you got a coupon in the mail. I went to Dr. Kaplan's office for a routine visit (cleaning and X-rays). I was informed that I had 4 cavities and that the total cost for my treatment would be $1090. Even though $1090 is a lot of money, I decided to take the money out of my savings' account and go ahead with the treatment.
