The cleaning was fine and was part of a coupon deal. What was not good was the misleading reading of my girlfriend's xrays to try to take advantage of her. She does not have seven cavities. In fact, she has none. Can I give zero stars?
Dr. Kaplan and staff was very friendly, courteous, caring and professional. Dr. Kaplan was very upfront and honest about my treatment, which I was very impressed by, and appreciated. The only draw back that I had is on my last visit he was running behind, not because of any fault of mine. I was trying to address him about a concern of mine about my treatment, he seem to become very irritated and ask me to get in the chair abruptly because he was running late.
